Penske’s annual Top Moving Destinations report shows continuing trend.
Conducting its annual report since 2010, Penske reports that the top 3 cities in 2021, in order, are Houston (#1), Las Vegas (#2), and Phoenix (#3). According to a March report from the Census Bureau, 8.4% of people changed residences in 2021.
